If you are new to counselling therapy, it can be a terrifying step to reach out for the first time. It’s completely normal to be nervous or even anxious to open up to a stranger. My goal in therapy is to provide you with a safe, warm space where you can feel validated, seen and heard. Our work together will help you identify the challenges in your life, build on the strengths you already have and determine what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like for you.
